This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to money dispute, a false complaint has been lodged by one Annadurai and his son Gopinath against the petitioner and hence, the respondent police may be directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police received a complaint from one Annadurai and his son Gopinath and it was assigned as current paper number and after enquiry, the complaint was closed. Now, neither any complaint nor any petition enquiry pending against the petitioner.
