The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused 1 to 3, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.02.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 326 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.173 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail 2.The case of the prosecution is that two days prior to the occurrence, there was a wordy altercation between the accused and victim, due to which, the accused 4 to 7 attacked the victim with wooden log and the accused 1 to 3 have assaulted him with hands.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent vehemently opposed this petition by stating that the victim has lost his eye sight and the investigation is pending. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

rrg 6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur, and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily twice at morning 10.00 a.m. and evening 5.30 p.m., until further orders. 28.03.2016 rrg Crl.O.P.No.6483 of 2016
