ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the Panchayat and the Block Development Officer concerned regarding encroachment on the road. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. It is made clear that if no cognizance to the representation has been taken by the Panchayat or the Block Development Officer, or if the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the said authorities on the representation so made, the petitioner would be at liberty to take remedy as provided under the law.
