O R D E R
This Court vide order dated 12.09.2025 had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.70,00,000/- on or before 19.12.2025 and further petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., till 19.12.2025.
2. When the matter was called today, there was no representation for the petitioner and it is the submission of the learned counsel for the intervenor that, so far no amount has been deposited by the petitioner and he has also not appeared before the respondent police. It is also affirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner had not complied with the above condition.
3. In view of the above, this Court hereby cancels the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner and accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
