Though the name of the 1st respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for her either in person or through counsel. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no relief is sought against the 2nd respondent.
