The Criminal Appeal has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in preferring the present Criminal Appeal against the Judgment of conviction and sentence passed in Spl.SC.No.54 of 2021 dated 28.06.2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

3. Since, the appellant is in jail, in oder to give an opportunity to the appellant, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the petition to condone the delay is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
