Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016 by giving sufficient notices and opportunities to all the parties concerned and conclude the same within a time stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that by virtue of the communication dated 30.09.2016, the DRO has directed the 4th respondent / Tahsildar to conduct enquiry and a copy has been marked to the 4th respondent and the same was received by him.
3. Admittedly, the prayer in the Writ Petition itself is to conduct enquiry as early as possible and hence recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the 4th respondent is directed enquiry as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the respondents 9 to 11. It is made clear that the authorities shall take care that the tree is not cut and the respondents 9 to 11 or the petitioner are directed not to cut the said tree.
With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
