ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.11 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is completed and the draft Final Report has also been placed before this Court.
3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the F.I.R at this stage. There shall be a direction to the respondent Police to file the Final Report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If ultimately, the Court below takes cognizance of the Final Report and summons is issued to the petitioners and the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in accordance with law. 2/4
