Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records in connection with the grounds of detention and the detention order in 312/BCDFGISSSV/2022 made by the 4th respondent dated 17.09.2022 and passed an order in TPDA No.3651 by the 2nd respondent on 18.09.2022 against the detenu, Samuvel, male age 23 years, S/o.Ashok as "Goonda", who is now confined at Central Prison Puzhal-II, Chennai and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenu before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 07.11.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.7397 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
