Seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate action against the persons mentioned in the complaint dated 11.03.2016 and to register a case, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 04.04.2016 and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners across the bar.
