ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to learned Principal Sub-Judge, Puducherry for early disposal of I.A.No.606 of 2018 in O.S.No.43 of 2013.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same even if the notice is not served on 2nd and 3rd respondents.

3. The I.A.No.606 of 2018 was filed to set aside the exparte decree passed against the petitioner in the suit on 23.12.2016. Having regard to the fact that the interlocutory application is of the year 2018, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is inclined to direct the Court below to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. In view of the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
