Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to execute the sale deed in her favour in respect of the vacant land Plot No.1/368 LIG I, measuring 60 M2 comprised in S.No.83/6 Pt. and 83/7A Pt. situated in Tirur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the above said plot was allotted in the name of her husband on 21.10.1992 itself and the entire amount in instalments has also been paid to the respondents, the sale deed has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

executed so far. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner made a representation on 02.06.2015. It is stated that the said representation is still pending and not considered.

4. Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
