These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 95 days, respectively, in filing the above revisions.

2.It is seen that petitioners had suffered two concurrent findings against them.

3.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice on behalf of the respondent police. He strongly objected for condonation of delay for the reason that petitioners were sentenced to undergo three years rigorous imprisonment for offence under Section 420 of I.P.C. and two years rigorous imprisonment for offence under Section 5 and 7(3) of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act. The petitioners not surrendered and the reason given is also not acceptable.

4.The objection of the learned Addtional Public Prosecutor can be considered at the time admission of the revisions.
