ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 26.07.2021 made in W.P.No.23566 of 2017. 1/3

When this contempt petition came up for hearing on 31.03.2022, after hearing Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent as well as Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court passed the following order: "Today, when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent has produced proceedings issued by the respondent/District Collector, Thiruvannamalai Disstrict dated 24.03.2022 and also the written consent given by the petitioners with regard to the compensation figure arrived at Rs.1,13,54,226/- (Rupees One Crore Thirteen Lakhs Fifty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Six) for the land acquired from the petitioners for railway tracking work. This is the full compliance, according to the learned Additional Advocate General, of the order passed by this Court dated 26.07.2021 made in W.P.No.23566 of 2017.
2. However, Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that, the petitioner has not given any instruction to that effect. Therefore, after verifying these documents and after getting final instructions from the petitioner, she will report before this Court, for which, she seeks shorter accommodation till 05.04.2022.

Pursuant to which, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, would submit that, as stated by the respondent through private negotiation, the compensation has been fixed to the satisfaction of the petitioner, as per the figure indicated therein and accordingly, the petitioner is satisfied with the same. Hence, he submits that this contempt petition may be disposed of accordingly by recording the said development.
4. Recording the aforesaid development, including the order dated 31.03.2022, whereby there has been a full compliance made by the respondent, of the orders of this Court dated 31.03.2022, this Contempt Petition is to be closed, accordingly it is closed.
