This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 381 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the argument of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents 1 and2.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned.

C.M.P.No.20049 of 2024 is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.A.R.Suresh as counsel for the 1st respondent and Mr.M.Murali Vinodh as counsel for the 2nd respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve the copy of the papers to the learned counsel for the respondents.
