ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the alternative efficacious remedy provided under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, we are not inclined to entertain the petition, more so, when there are no extraordinary grounds raised warranting interference without insisting on availing of alternate remedy. Petition is dismissed, with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.
