2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit itself is disposed on 04.12.2023 by its decree and judgment. He also placed a copy of the judgment before this Court. The said judgment is placed on record.

3. In view of the above factual position, the suit itself is already disposed of, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
