C.M.P.No.18752 of 2022 in S.A.No.1341 of 2011 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed to order return the original sale deed dated 09.03.2001, registered as Doc.No.190 of 2001 at the Sub-Registrar Office, Valathi, executed by one Kuzhandal Gounder in favour of the petitioner, which was marked as Exhibit A-1 by substituting certified copy of the said document.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
