This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title in the CRP.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petition has been necessitated on account of demise of decree holder. Hence, I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission.
