(2) It is now conceded that an application seeking amendment of the plaint in IA.No.11322/2018 is pending.

(3) In view of the pendency of the application for amendment, I do not think it will be proper for me to direct disposal of the suit. (4) Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of IA.No.11322/2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
