Even though a counter affidavit has been filed by the writ petitioner in this impleading petition, this Court is of the considered view that no prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if these petitions are allowed without prejudice to the rights of the writ petitioner with regard to the merits and the locus of these petitioners to implead as party respondents in this writ petition.

Accordingly, both these petitions are allowed without prejudice to the rights of the writ petitioner with regard to the merits and the locus of these petitioners to implead as party respondents in this writ petition. 3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the case in the usual course.
