ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR pursuant to the complaint dated on 08.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave complaint on 08.08.2022 with regard to the removal of iron gate from the petitioner's property, the respondent police has not registered a case till now. Therefore, the respondent police may be directed to register the case, based on the compliant given by the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 08.08.2022 is not available with the respondent police. If any fresh complaint is given by the petitioner to the respondent police, they are ready to take action upon the complaint given by the petitioner.

4. I have considered the matter in the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent. On receiving the same, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take suitable action in accordance with law.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
