ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register First Information Report in the complaint given by the petitioner's mother dated 08.09.2021, on the file of the second respondent as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli dated 15.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.607 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner's mother, FIR has been registered in Crime No.349 of 2022 on 07.09.2022.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
