ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely, Keerthika, aged 17 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and hand over the custody of the detenue to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the father of the detenue.
2. The detenue is present. Being a major, she has informed us that she is not willing to go with the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and we set the detenue at liberty. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
