The petitioners, who are arrayed as A3 & A5, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, chapter 1 part 2(1), 14, 3(9), 5, 39(1) (2) chapter 6, 50, 51, 1 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, in W/L. OR. 2 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police checked the car, the accused was found in possession of one big lizard (Udumbu).

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have no previous case and A1 and A2 were arrested and released on bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and further considering the fact that A1 and A2 were arrested and released on bail, this court is constrained to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pandalur and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
