This petition is filed to condone the delay of 272 days in preferring the above Criminal appeal .

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 272 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
