PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 3 and 4 to recover a sum of Rs.1,01,664/- with 9% interest, w.e.f. 21.04.2003, i.e., from the date of accident, from the respondents 5 and 6 who are the wife and son of Thiru.S.Ranganatha Udaiyar the opposite party in W.C.No.332 of 2003 and deposit the same to the credit of W.C.No.332 of 2003 on the file of the 2nd respondent as per the order dated 04.04.2005 passed by the 2nd respondent in W.C.No.332 of 2003 and as per the Recovery Certificate in No.A2/1895/2007, dated 13.07.2007 issued to the 1st respondent by the 2nd respondent and disburse to the petitioner compensation amount of Rs.1,01,664/-, together with interest and penalty amount within a specified time frame as may fixed by this Court.
