This application is filed to receive additional documents to show that the divorce petition in O.P.No.688 of 2017 filed by Mr.V.Manoj Kumar against Yagaveni, was dismissed in view of the re-union and the subsequent divorce petition in O.P.No.1616 of 2018 dismissed for default.

2. Mrs.Yagaveni/1st petitioner has filed petition seeking succession certificate in respect of the securities of Mr.V.Manoj Kumar. Hence, for proper adjudication, this Court is of the view that these two documents are necessary.

Accordingly, this application to receive additional documents is allowed.
