This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14205 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13915 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14205 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13915 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
