The prayer in these Criminal Original Petitions is to transfer the C.C.No.132 of 2024 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Tiruvannamalai and C.C.No.124 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram to be tried along with C.C.No.996 of 2025 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB cases and CBCID Metro Cases, Chennai.

2. Upon considering the affidavit that is filed in support of the application and the counter affidavit that is filed on behalf of the respondent, it can be seen that all the three cases are connected to each other and it would be in the best interest of justice that may be tried before the same Court. As a matter of fact several evidences are also overlapping in these cases.

3. It is also submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that the joint trial is also feasible in these cases. Accordingly finding merit, these transfer petitions stand allowed. Therefore, C.C.No.132 of 2024 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Tiruvannamalai and C.C.No.124 of 2/4

2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram are transferred to the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases and CBCID Metro Cases, Chennai to be tried along with C.C.No.996 of 2025.
