(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) The petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 28.09.2015 alleging that indiscriminately the garbage is being burnt causing serious health hazardous to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

residents of the locality. The said representation was followed by a legal notice dated 09.10.2015. The first respondent has referred the representation aforesaid to respondent No.2 and the representation seeking to remove the half constructed garbage tank in pursuance to the sanction granted is now pending with respondent No.2. Since respondent No.2 has not taken any action, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner with respondent No.2, respondent No.2 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
