The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners while suspending the sentence, in Crl.Ms.P.No.1606 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.121 of 2022 dated 07.03.2022 directing them to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the conviction is for the offence under Section 363 read with Section 34 of IPC. Since the typed set of papers are ready, this Court is ready to take up the main appeal itself. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners.
