CRP.No.855 of 2022 in CMP.No.4346 of 2022 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This Court had passed an order in CRP.(NPD).No.855 of 2022 dated 12.04.2022 directing the Learned I Additional District Judge, Erode, to dispose of the case in A.S.No.18 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The Learned I Additional Judge, District Judge, Erode, in the letter in Dis.No.8079/2022 dated 30.09.2022 had requested further extension of time to dispose of the case. Accepting the explanation offered by the Learned I Additional District Judge, Erode, further three months time is granted to dispose of the case in A.S.No.18 of 2018.
