ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2021 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Mohanraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Djerony, learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents .

3. According to the petitioner, he filed this writ petition for a direction directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 26.10.2021. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his representation and rejected the same.

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order of rejection in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. No costs.
