This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21337 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and to report before the Inspector of Police, Neelangarai Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21337 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am., until further orders.
