A.No.4710 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 955 days in filing the application to the set aside the abatement in the above suit against the first defendant Mr.M.K.Kuppuraj (deceased).

A.No.4712 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement in the above suit against the first defendant Mr.M.K.Kuppuraj (deceased). A.No.4713 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 7 to 9/proposed defendants as defendants in the above suit for proper and just adjudication of the suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.

5. Post the main suit on 20.09.2023.
