ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, a Memo annexing the Compromise Agreement was filed before this Court indicating that the parties to the petition have settled the dispute among themselves and they have jointly entered into a Compromise Agreement and the same has been acknowledged by the learned counsels appearing for both the parties.

2. In view of the understanding that had been arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Original Petition and had also filed a Memo to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Memo, the Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
