This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13069 of dated 06.07.2023, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Solavaram Police Station on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
