ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representations dated 14.06.2021 and 25.08.2021 on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that his father died on 30.04.2021, due to Covid-19. After demise of the petitioner's father, the petitioner made a representations to the respondent dated 14.06.2021 for the issuance of the legal heirship certificate as the petitioner's father's first wife viz., Sundari is trying to obtain the legal heirship certificate without inclusion of the petitioner's name. Subsequently, the petitioner gave a representation dated 25.08.2021 to the respondent for the same relief. However, the same was not considered till date, The present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representations will be considered and orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.06.2021 and 25.08.2021 and pass an appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to either parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
