This petition is filed to substitute the petitioner herein as legal heir in the place of the deceased S.Vadivelu, who is arrayed as petitioner in the above Writ Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
