Crl.M.P.No.14464 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14117 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner that he shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.14117 of 2023 on 04.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 4(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14117 of 2023 on 04.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
