ORDER

The petitioner seeks a mandamus simplicitor directing second respondent / the Additional District Magistrate and District Revenue 1/4

Officer to renew her explosive license by consider the payment made by her and representation for renewal.

A copy of the representation has been filed along with the writ affidavit, which does not contain any acknowledgement of receipt. However, the challan dated 11.02.2022 placed at page no.14 of the compilation, indicates payment of a sum of Rs.1500/- towards renewal.

The petitioner is hence permitted to approach the respondents by way of a fresh representation and in the event such representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, R2 will consider the same and pass orders expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner, in accordance with law.
