The grievance of the petitioner is that though First Information Report was registered on 30.09.2021 in Crime No.45 of 2021, for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 464 and 468 of IPC, till date no worthwhile investigation is carried out.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is proceeding in the right direction, soon Final Report will be filed preferably with in a period of 6 months.
