ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the docket order dated 22.08.2023 made in M.P.No.1 of 2023 in R.L.T.O.P.No.260 of 2022 on the file of the learned XVI Court of Small Causes Court, Chennai and dismiss the M.P.No.1 of 2023 in R.L.T.O.P.No.260 of 2022.
2.Since this Court vide order dated 29.01.2025 in C.R.P[NPD]No.4375 of 2024, directed the trial Court to allow any application filed seeking for forensic examination in respect of any document, subject to the outcome of the application filed therein under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, no further orders is required in the present Civil Revision Petition.
3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 29.01.2025 rst 2/4
