ORDER

The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.22042 of 2016, dated 09.01.2023, has been complied with and the 3rd MACP benefits has been granted to the petitioner with effect from 16.10.2023 and the scale of pay has also been revised, together with the arrears.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
