Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take appropriate legal action on the complaint made by the petitioner on various occasions particularly on 12.01.2013, 17.11.2014, 03.06.2016, 14.06.2016, 21.07.2016, thereby preventing the 4th respondent herein from putting up any permanent structure or letting out the property of the petitioner inspite of the decree granted in O.S.No.1459 of 1997 on 12.01.2016 on the file of the District Munsif, Alandur.
