Respondents PRAYER:-Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to comply the direction as per letter dated 06.07.2018 bearing Na.Ka.2141/2018/A5 issued by the first respondent.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner herein on 06.07.2018 regarding cancellation of patta.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader reports that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner and the notice received in the present Writ Petition, enquiry was conducted and the Tahsildar has passed an order on 11.11.2019 cancelling the entry made in the revenue record in respect of S.No.186/18 measuring 383 sq.meter. The status-quo anti has been restored, recording the said land has vacant site.

3. In the light of the above order passed by the Tahsildar nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the parties to workout the remedy by preferring the appeal, if they are aggrieved by this order before the District Collector, Tiruvallur. No costs.
