This Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, as per the anticipatory bail order granted to the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13985 of 2023 dated 23.08.2023.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner deserves to be considered in his favour.

3.Accordingly, time is extended till 09.10.2023 for the Petitioner to surrender before the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai, as per the order passed in Crl.OP.No.13985 of 2023 dated 23.08.2023 failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
