This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9563 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11810 of 2023, dated 18.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
