A.No.7944 of 2019 in C.S.No.68 of 1995 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This application has been filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to collect, verify and submit a report on the properties owned by the 1st respondent temple with details of (a) Illegal Constructions (b) Encroachments (c) Non - Regularization of Tenancies (d) Defaulters in Payment of Rent and this Amounts and Number of Months in default in Total.

2. As already the Advocate Commissioners appointed by this Court on 16.03.2020 in A.No.5434 of 2019 in C.S.No.68 of 1995 have filed a report in respect of the above land, this application need not be considered by this Court, hence the same is hereby dismissed.
